 The Levins just got back from SERFA: South Eastern Regional Folk Alliance, where they were honored to have a formal showcase.

Ira and Julia will be going to California to workshop their collaborative show My Friend Hafiz with Sweet Can Productions and director/choreographer Mindy Cooper Grenke. The lyrics of My Friend Hafiz are inspired by sufi poet Hafiz of Shiraz as rendered by Daniel Ladinsky in his book The Gift (c) 1999- Penguin Publication. 

This production will be a concert-a circus- an inspiration!

The Levins are also working up the songs for a new album. More news on that soon.
